Warnborough Foundation
The Warnborough Foundation was established as the charitable arm of Warnborough College in November 2020, to advance accessible education and training among marginalised people in East Kent and other parts of the world.
The Warnborough Foundation will extend the community services provided by the College throughout its long history, while embracing new challenges and opportunities. Working together with local agencies, government bodies, NGOs, community groups and businesses is a key element of our outreach projects.
Our Strategies
- Translating education into practice and economic opportunity to revitalise local communities by providing courses and on-the-job training;
- Providing opportunities and ongoing support for individuals to obtain employment and/or create enterprises (self-employment);
- Encouraging successful people to ‘give back’ to their communities through philanthropic endeavours, donations of time and knowledge, and mobilising further support;
- Use education-centred projects to distribute and enhance knowledge.
